Subversion access restriction

create a permission group and add users into

1. enter a group name, click on "Add"
   
2. click on the group name (red)
   

1. select an username from the combobox "Subject"
   
2. click on "Add"
   
3. the user will appear in the group list

1. enter "/" into Path field and click on "Add"
   
2. click on the red "/" in "Subversion Paths"
   
3. select a group or an user from the "Subject" combobox, click on the desired permissions, confirm with "Add"
